How about going to the local bar and sharing a coke instead? Now Cokes aren’t that good for you either, but they don’t affect your hormone levels like beers do. I’ll tell you later why this could be bad for your sex life.

Researchers found that beer and other alcoholic drinks LOWER your testosterone levels, which of course - makes a MAN, less manly. And don’t get mad at me for telling you the truth.

On the other hand, when you decrease testosterone and increase your female hormones, (as a man) increasing those female sex hormones causes an accumulation of

BODY FAT

Alcoholism can cause ‘body fat’ to store in a womanly fashion in men: especially in the hips and thighs! Not a good thing in my books, because I am a man. That is not something MEN want, fat deposited in a womanly fashion on their hips and thighs, so if you’re a man reading this report or if you’re a woman and you’re married to a man, you might want to pay attention to what I’m saying here.

If you work out a lot, try and refrain from binge drinking. It is not a good thing if you’re trying to have a great physique.

So What Is Testosterone?

Like I said, this is a major hormone for men. So why do normal levels of testosterone and a healthy sex life go hand in hand?
