Ellyse Baty - "I love coming to work everyday and watching them go through chiropractic care.  Our patients always leave our office feeling better than they did when they originally came in. Ever since I started working here at Mountain Health Chiropractic and Wellness I have been reading and learning as much as I can about how the choices we make affect our well being. Now I am living a healthier life and can pass my knowledge and experience to others so they too can discover wellness!" 
Ellyse Baty was born and raised in Northern Colorado.  During Ellyse's free time she loves spending as much time as she can with her family, her 2 very active teenage boys, traveling, gardening and cooking. " I struggled with Migraines for my entire life-with Dr Shepherd's adjustments and nutrition I have been symptom free for 1 year".

Shelli B. Shepherd - "I have always believed in the alternative to traditional medicine.  I never was the type of person to take medications or pop a Tylenol or Advil.  Working with Dr. Shepherd I continue to learn how the body works and what happens when it is not working properly.  Now I know that the potential and power to heal comes from within.  I love working with Dr. Shepherd because he helps me live a more fulfilling life!"  
Shelli Shepherd is originally from Texas and joined Dr. Shepherd's team at Mountain Health Chiropractic and Wellness in the beginning of 2006.
